    Data-Business Analyst

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a talented and experienced Data/Business Analyst to join our growing team. If you have a passion for data-driven decision-making and strong business acumen, we invite you to apply and contribute to the success of our organization.

    Responsibilities

    Data Analysis:

    • Analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business processes.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data to uncover business opportunities and areas for improvement.

    Business Intelligence:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into meaningful data visualizations and reports.
    • Design and deliver clear and concise dashboards, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.

    Data Management:

    • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by implementing data quality processes.
    • Work closely with IT teams to optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing.
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a centralized data repository.

    Requirements Gathering:

    • Conduct interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to elicit and document data and reporting requirements.
    • Work closely with the IT team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
    • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization.
    • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools/languages.
    • The candidate must have the ability to Carry out 360 Research.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

    Floor Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities
    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate a team of floor staff to achieve daily operational goals.
    • Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure team members perform their duties effectively.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

    Operational Efficiency:

    • Monitor and manage day-to-day operations on the floor to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

    • Act as a liaison between floor staff and upper management.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a related field.
    • A prior experience in baking and fast food processing is important.
    • An ideal candidate must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday.

    Responsibilities

    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in developing engaging social media campaigns.

    • Second Class Upper is required.
