    Content Creator (Food Brand)

    • We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will have a flair for storytelling, a deep appreciation for culinary experiences, and a proven track record of crafting engaging and visually appealing content.
    • As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence and connecting with our audience through compelling food-related content.

    Responsibilities

    • Conceptualize, create, and curate captivating and relevant content for various platforms, including social media.
    • Showcase our food products in an enticing and visually appealing manner.
    • Develop and maintain a consistent visual style that aligns with our brand identity.
    • Capture high-quality images and videos of our food products and culinary creations.
    • Edit and enhance visual content to maintain a consistent aesthetic.
    • Plan and schedule content for various social media platforms, engaging with followers and responding to comments.
    • Stay updated with current food trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.
    • Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other content creators within the food and culinary space to expand our brand's reach.
    • Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and organized flow of content that aligns with marketing campaigns and key events.
    • Incorporate relevant keywords and optimize content to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic to our online platforms.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, new digital media tools, and emerging platforms to ensure our brand remains innovative and competitive.

    Requirements:

    • BS.c in Marketing, Communications or related field
    • Minimum of 2-3 years experience
    • Proficiency in food photography and videography, with an understanding of composition, lighting, and editing techniques.
    • Excellent writing skills and ability to create engaging and informative content.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
    • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
    • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.

    Restaurant Manager

    Job Description:

    • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
    • Customer Service: Ensure that guests receive exceptional service at all times, responding promptly to inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Foster a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere that reflects the restaurant's brand and values.
    • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, table management, reservation systems, and cleanliness standards. Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistency and meet guest expectations.

    • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including food safety standards and licensing requirements. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
    • Menu Development and Pricing: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients, culinary trends, and guest preferences. Set menu prices to achieve profitability targets while offering value to guests.
    • Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Implement creative initiatives to drive sales and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
    • Community Engagement: Build positive relationships with the local community and industry partners, participating in community events and networking opportunities to promote the restaurant and enhance its visibility.
    • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in restaurant operations, service standards, and guest satisfaction. Implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
