Product Designer at Growth Figures Limited

About the Role:

This is a full-time, remote position where you'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to design and implement exceptional user experiences across our suite of software products.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
• Translate user research into actionable design solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with product goals.
• Participate in the design sprint process to rapidly iterate and test design concepts.
• Maintain a strong understanding of design trends and best practices, including both user interface (UI) and traditional graphic design principles.
• Craft compelling visual experiences that elevate our brand identity. 
• Utilize your skills in digital illustration and animation to enhance the user experience where appropriate. 
• Create and maintain design documentation for consistency and future reference.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Proven ability to translate user research into user-centered design solutions.
• Strong understanding of design principles (interaction design, visual design, information architecture).
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• A passion for data-driven design and a growth mindset.

Bonus points for:

• Experience designing for web and mobile applications.
• Understanding of UI accessibility best practices.
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, ProtoPie).
• A portfolio showcasing your design process, past projects, and your traditional and digital design capabilities.
