    Business Development Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, and take proactive measures to address any gaps.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and leverage collective expertise.
    • Develop and implement strategies to target and engage with key decision-makers.
    • Build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to clients.
    • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our services and address client needs.
    • Present proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of partnering with Avetium BPO
    • Submit bidding documentation, participate in presentations, and ensure contracts are won
    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure new business and achieve revenue targets.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
    • Analyze market data and client feedback to identify opportunities for service expansion and enhancement.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on market trends and emerging opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.sc
    • Perform other related duties that may be required.
