    Assistant Fleet Coordinator

    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    • The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for APL Logistics in/out and can improve vehicle utilization and financial efficiency and establish or adjust work procedures to meet Logistics
    • He/She will process title paperwork for license plates; ensure vehicles are registered/renewed appropriately and in a timely
    • Develop data-driven reports for vehicle and equipment lifecycle management
    • He/She will manage records, prepare reports, and forecast vehicle usage and replacement Maintain and manage the fleet database; input updated information and prepare reports Assign temporary vehicles to employees during repairs Write vehicle and equipment specifications; verify upon delivery
    • Develop and evaluate technical specification standards for acquisition and up-fitting Reduce downtime for claims by preparing documents for use in transporting vehicles to service centers for repairs and releasing vehicles once repairs are completed

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Use reporting and other methods to monitor all activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including issues related to safety and vehicle management and control
    • Assist in the processing of documentation for vehicle purchases, registration renewals, sales, and disposals
    • Assist in the preparation of operating standards for fleet administration and policies regarding vehicle operation

    • Assist in the delivering of vehicles allocated to APL stations and ensure preventative maintenance is practiced by stations

    • Support in the management of company's drivers and all related matters such as recruitment, placement, and replacement
    • Assist in the coordinating of daily itinerary of drivers and vehicles

    • Assist in Liaising with the Insurance companies on all matters of vehicle particulars renewal, accident-related matters, and claims from the insurance company
    • Assist in raising repair invoices while applying cost-cutting measures and ensuring they are fixed as scheduled
    • Support in Mediating of all matters as relates to company vehicles and the law enforcement agencies such as the Nigerian Police Force (NPF), LASTMA, FRSC, VIS, LGA, and any other road transport regulatory bodies
    • Assist in the Monitoring of fuel purchase and consumption
    • Support in Checkmating driver's excesses in the usage of the company vehicles with an emphasis on fuel consumption
    • Assist in the Documentation of vehicles information and keeping/maintaining an up-to-date record
    • Partake in the conduct of driver's skill assessment (Drivers test drive exercise), selection, and management
    • Support in ensuring that all the company's policies from the management are cascaded down to the drivers
    • Assist with the registration of newly procured vehicles and making sure that all documentation is handled efficiently

    Maintenance Planning Engineer

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Analyses maintenance forecast to plan for all inspections, overhauls, AD Compliance, SB/EO compliance and other maintenance requirements for Airframes, Engines, Landing Gears, APUs, Components etc, in accordance with NCARs.
    • To review and maintain the SB and AD status of each aircraft and review the planned incorporation to ensure that spares required will be available.
    • To track, maintain and monitor STC (Supplemental Type Certificate), ICA (Instruction for Continuing Airworthiness) and LDND (Last Done Next Due) status.
    • To compile and ensure all maintenance requirement required by Flight hours, Flight cycles and/or Calendar times are complied with in accordance with NCARs and be compile in a format to show periodic and planned utilization.
    • To pre-plan and progress all routine scheduled maintenance including reloading of required parts, materials, and tooling.
    • To develop and issue maintenance work packages, work highlights, manpower summaries and critical path charts.
    • To schedule work on aircraft, ensuring that processes and repairs are completed in the most effective way and working with supervisors to monitor progress.
    • To ensure proper analysis of inspection findings with the view of optimizing maintenance programs for safe and cost-effective operations.
    • To reduce product cost through optimization of maintenance programme requirement.
    • To schedule maintenance events with the view to minimizing flight hour losses due to early check scheduling.
    • Coordinates with Supply chain, Records, Maintenance Control and Quality Control as required
    • Ensures availability of major components for forecasted scheduled changes.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

    • B.Sc or equivalent in Engineering discipline with 2 years relevant experience

    SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Logical thinking.
    • Good organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads with ability to cope well under pressure and available for calls to support user departments as needed.
    • Good writing and verbal skills with strong communicating abilities in both commercial and technical environment.

    Ground Support Equipment Technician (Electrical)

    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    • Perform all the maintenance tasks on the Ground Support equipment in accordance with OEM approved documentation in compliance with Air Peace and regulatory requirements.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair aircraft ground support and industrial equipment and other associated electrical and electronic controls.
    • Read, interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and the electrical code specifications.
    • Test electrical and electronic equipment components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.
    • Maintain, repair, test and install electrical motors, generators, alternators, industrial storage batteries and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems.
    • Conduct preventive programs and general electrical maintenance.
    • May install, maintain, and calibrate industrial instrumentation and related devices.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Minimum).
    • At least 3 years Ground Support Equipment maintenance experience.
    • Knowledge in welding is an added advantage.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals to perform duties.

    Supervisor Maintenance Programs

    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    • Supervisor maintenance programs oversees the management Aircraft Maintenance program and all scheduled maintenance tasks

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

    • Develops and monitors cost effective/optimized Maintenance Program per manufacturers' Maintenance Planning Data (MPD/MRBR) with other related requirements by NCAA and implements maintenance, overhaul and inspection programs and policies for all types of aircraft, engines, and components
    • Revise the Maintenance Programs regularly and timely based on latest revisions of the MPDs/MRBR, or any other source documents used for preparation of the AMP and secures NCAA approvals
    • Ensure all scheduled maintenance requirements are reflected on ADS system
    • and tally with the approved AMP
    • Develop and monitors APL Work orders per the approved Maintenance
    • Program with related requirements
    • Recommend possible escalation or de-escalation of the intervals of some inspection tasks after analyzing the nature and frequency of defects reported during scheduled maintenance events over a period of time and revises the Maintenance Program only when the recommendations are approved by the Reliability Control Board and NCAA
    • Ensure all the tasks in the latest approved Maintenance Program and other one-time maintenance/inspection tasks are entered into the Maintenance IT system (ADS) with their intervals and thresholds to serve as basis for maintenance forecast
    • Define parts and tools requirement for accomplishment of scheduled maintenance packages
    • Perform analysis to determine the effectiveness of the Maintenance Program as required by Nigerian Civil Aviation regulation
    • Ensure that all manuals and maintenance documents are current, properly arranged and made accessible to all users by the technical librarian
    • Ensure Technical librarians have subscribed to all OEM and Supplementary documentation portal for periodic notification of revisions
    • Ensure all newly revised technical publications are captured and updated in all concerned departments

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

    • Eight (8) years experience in CAMO area, specifically in Planning and maintenance programs discipline post study Bachelor of Science degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Electro-Mechanical, Aeronautical engineering or related engineering fields
    • Three (3) years experience as Senior Planning/ Maintenance programs engineer in Planning and Maintenance programs Engineering areas of an airline

    Maintenance Program Engineer

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensuring that the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) is controlled, managed, developed and revised as required by the continuous airworthiness requirements of the NCAA OEM and Air Peace reliability program
    • lnsert assigned fleet scheduled maintenance requirements into ADS system and make sure it tallies with the approved AMP
    • Ensuring that the AMP is maintained in an optimized condition for Air Peace operation
    • Working with Maintenance Planners in relation to work packaging in order to ensure that the maintenance planned enables optimum aircraft availability to support the operational flying program and efficient and cost-effective planning of maintenance
    • Working with the reliability section to ensure recommendations are introduced into the AMP both in relation to escalation and de-escalation where appropriate
    • Ensure effective task card management associated with the AMP and Maintain a system of job cards preparation & updating
    • Coordinating regular meetings required for the management of the AMP alignment with respect to the phase-in and phase-out of aircraft and assist in the development of associated work scopes during the delivery and lease return process
    • Development of procedures associated with the management of the AMP
    • Liaising with the NCAA as required for the management of the approval of the AMP through Quality Assurance department
    • Providing support when requested, ensuring the safe, punctual, efficient and cost-effective operation of the fleet
    • Closure of occurrence reports and audit findings
    • ldentifying and reporting all occurrences, hazards, operational irregularities, unsafe conditions or practices in a timely manner
    • Assist Safety Department in Technical assessments as a part of Investigations as and when required

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

    • Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Engineering discipline with 3 years relevant experience in airline Maintenance programs or Planning role or AMEL with 3 years relevant experience in airline Maintenance Programs or Planning role
    • Good knowledge and understanding of commercial airline maintenance planning, forecasting, and work packages
    • Good Knowledge with NCAA and other OEM ICA

    • Manage the evolution of customer benefits and product features in support of increasing customer loyalty and lifetime value.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

    • Minimum of HND and/or bachelor's degree in any related field of study and certification.
    • Should have 3+ years of Loyalty & Customer service experience.
    • Personal effectiveness, good listening, and time management skills.
    • Excellent Telephone etiquette.
    • Strong technical understanding of core Internet technologies, PaaS, API's, and Web Services.
