    Customer Support Officer

    Description 

    • He/she will manage interactions with customers through the company’s digital channels. He / she will also receive and process customers’ online orders as well as respond to customers’ queries and complaints.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND in any related discipline.
    • Applicants must be resident around Lekki and environs.

    Skills Required:

    • Digital marketing skills
    • Good networking, prospecting and closing skills
    • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
    • High level of attention to details
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent interpersonal relationship
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
