    Vice President, Account Management

    Job Summary: Our Client, Africa’s fastest-growing enterprise marketing technology company is looking to hire a VP, Account Management and Customer Success.

    Responsibilities:
    A typical day might include the following:

    • Develop and drive the implementation of growth and customer success strategy across the business
    • Responsible for client satisfaction, retention and engagement

    Account knowledge to drive executions

    • Work with cross functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Big Drop’s revenue goals.
    • End-to-end ownership of product and customer experience (both strategic vision and tactical execution) for our client’s products rapidly growing cross-channel offerings, including defining the vision and strategy of the team.
    • Support the execution of effective lead generation programs through new business and customer-focused field-marketing events, trade shows, PR, webcasts, and online advertising.
    • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
    • Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
    • Participate with the extended Leadership Team to develop and refine standard methodologies that drive service delivery and customer fulfilment objectives.
    • Manage Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
    • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.
    • Create policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience.
    • Work closely with the CDP squad to escalate customer requests or technical issues and follow them up until resolution.
    • Gather feedback from customers, study other customer success programs and analyze customer data to identify the best practices.
    • Help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize our client's products based on the customer’s business needs or business plans Train administrators, users and champions within customer environment Ensure the Customer Success team have thorough understanding of the products to enable them train and advise Our Client's customers on the products.

    Required Qualifications and Experience:

    • As a VP, Account Management and Customer Success You’d be a good fit if you have:
    • Minimum of 10+ years of product growth experience for B2B SaaS organisation that targets enterprise customer base or within a similar role.
    • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience either working with data driven solutions targeting marketing and product buyers at both executives, managers and users.
    • Experience in cross functional areas such as pre-sales, sales, product management or strategy are a plus.
    • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns. Have in-depth understanding of all our client’s products.
    • Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Photoshop, Mailchimp, Hootsuite (or, other Social Media Management Systems)
    • Proficient with Analytics.
    • 3+ years’ experience in SEO, growth marketing
    • Product Prototyping skills
    • Business Analysis skills
    • Candidate with MBA will be an added advantage
