Job Details

• Working in partnership with the innovative team, develop innovative briefs and guide innovative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public- facing communications.
• Acquiring of new high value telecoms partners and private sectors through strategic marketing and sales plans
• Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
• Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting, continuously analyse marketing strategies and implement feedback mechanism to optimize performance
• Establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
• Gather clients and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase clients’ engagement, and generate more qualified leads
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking, analysis, and optimize accordingly.
• Maintain an organized CRM database based on telecommunication initiatives
• Plan and coordinate marketing events such as virtual and on-premise tradeshows
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with management team about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
