    Senior Wealth Manager (Digital Investment Solutions Company)

    Job Summary:

    • The company is looking to hire a Senior Wealth Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential investors, identifying new funding opportunities, and effectively communicating the benefits of our investment product.
    • S/he will be responsible for raising capital from various sources to fuel the growth of our investment venture while exceeding investment portfolio targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing Investments.
    • Identifying target markets with identified volumes to drive high volumes of new funds to the Company.
    • Leading a team to develop and implement business plans to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of deposits and also manage withdrawal attrition.
    • Overseeing the development of innovative savings products in line with customer needs.
    • Managing the existing investment product and existing customers.
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and individual depositors.
    • Building new relationships with existing customers and new customers.
    • Advising clients on funds status.
    • Identifying any factors that are hindering performance or that put it at risk and propose remedies.
    • Driving the deposit mobilization arm of the business by the mobilization of funds from private sector entities, individuals, and corporate agencies.
    • Meet assigned targets and quotas.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
    • Experience in the financial services/FinTech industry or related investment sectors.
    • Proven track record in fundraising and mobilizing funds for investment products, startups, or financial ventures, with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
    • Experience mobilizing investments exceeding portfolio targets is highly desirable.
    • Extensive experience in building and maintaining relationships with investors, with a strong network of potential investors.
    • Deep understanding of investment strategies, financial markets, and investment trends.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close investment deals successfully.
    • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed fundraising targets.
    • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
    • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to fundraising and investment.
    • High level of integrity and ethical conduct in handling investor relationships and sensitive financial information.
