Senior Associate Consultant at Doc Advisory

Job Summary

• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all transactions of the firm and its clients are recorded
• Reviewing transactions uploaded on the firm’s and clients accounting software prior to their posting
• Updating accounts receivable, accounts payable, issue invoices and perform reconciliations
• Prepare full set of financial and management accounting reports for the firm and its clients;
• Planning and execution of audit, taxation and consulting engagements across the Firm’s portfolio of Clients;
• Project management of all aspects of Clients engagement, including developing work plans, agreeing timelines, team briefing, supervision and delivery;
• Budgeting and monitoring the financial performance of projects, focusing on optimising profitability;
• Identifying, researching and helping to resolve complex engagement issues;
• Building relationships with the Client staff and acting as an ambassador of the Firm;
• Reporting to the Partners on all salient points arising from Client engagements;
• Supervising and coaching Junior Staff to help them realize their full potentials;
• Keeping up to date with the Firm’s Service offerings and identifying opportunities that will help grow the business
• Involvement in business development activities
