    Secretary

    Job Description

    • Schedule meetings, appointments and travel bookings.
    • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.
    • Maintain and update contact lists
    • Take down minutes of meetings and distribute to executives and staff. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms and maintain accurate filing system.
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Handle purchase and distribution of office supplies
    • Submit and reconcile expense reports
    • Provide general support to visitors

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Administration or Secretarial Studies certification
    • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Secretary or Administrative assistant
    • Must be Male

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of Office Management systems and procedures
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organization and planning skills
    • Microsoft Office proficiency.
    • Courteous and Smart.
