    Sales Support Analyst

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support Analyst/Presales to join our dynamic team and provide comprehensive support to our sales resources across the Africa region.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in supporting sales teams and a deep understanding of the presales process. They will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
    • Conducting thorough pre-sales research and analysis
    • Developing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals
    • Identifying and qualifying new sales leads
    • Providing technical support to sales teams during the sales cycle
    • Managing sales pipeline and tracking progress

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough pre-sales research and analysis to identify and assess potential customer needs and opportunities.
    • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the company's value proposition and solutions.
    • Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including inbound marketing, lead generation campaigns, and networking events.
    • Provide technical support to sales teams during the sales cycle, including answering customer questions, addressing technical objections, and providing product demos.
    • Manage sales pipeline and track progress to ensure that deals are progressing smoothly and closing on time.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation, including customer profiles, opportunity briefs, and proposals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • 4+ years of experience in a sales support or presales role
    • Proven track record of success in identifying and qualifying new sales leads.
    • Strong understanding of the presales process and the ability to translate and interpret data sets.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Fluency in English and French is a plus.
    • Telecom/IT/Fintech background experience.
