    Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team.
    • The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing the sales team effectively.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
    • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing training and support to the sales team.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
    • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets and report on sales activities to senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in fashion industry.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
    • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Social media savvy.
