    Sales Executive (Hospitality)

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and prospect potential customers in the hospitality industry for detergent products.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the hospitality sector.
    • Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific demands.
    • Regularly visit customer sites to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
    • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
    • Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to manage order placement, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • B.sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the hospitality or detergent industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
