Sales Activation / Brand Design Team Lead at Lontor Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy: Implement and execute brand strategies as directed by the market supervisor.
• Material preparation and management: Coordinate and manage the preparation of promotional materials for brand promotion activities.
• Activity execution and closure: Oversee the execution and completion of promotional activities, ensuring their smooth operation and successful outcomes.
• Responsible for in-store and offline sales events: Coordinate and manage sales events and exhibitions in physical retail locations, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with brand objectives.
• Report to the Brand Manager: Provide regular updates and reports to the brand manager on the progress and outcomes of brand strategy execution and promotional activities.
• Responsible for graphic design, video production, etc., including the design, measurement, and production of brand promotional materials.
• Standardization of brand visual identity (VI) system and reporting to department heads.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
