As the Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for providing guidance to HR in local program/policy matters, prioritization of rewards resources, continuous improvement in local processes, vendor management and risk and controls governance at country level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support People Partners (PP) and People Business Partners (PBP), including, but not limited to:
Continuous improvement:
Vendor management:
Review vendor against service level agreements for benefits service delivery, contract negotiation, escalations
Risk and controls governance at country level:
Ensure compliance of local rewards/benefits programs
Support People Solutions:
