• As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail team and ensuring the seamless operation of our fashion boutique.
• Your role involves driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding the brand's image and values.

Responsibilities

• Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive and fashion-forward work environment
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure that the team provides personalized and exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Oversee the visual presentation of the store, including window displays and in-store setups.
• Ensure that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and brand-consistent manner.
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to plan and execute seasonal displays.
• Manage inventory levels, replenishment, and stock rotation.
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accuracy in inventory records.
• Implement pricing and markdown strategies to optimize sales and inventory turnover.
• Oversee cash handling and financial transactions, including opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and stock replenishment.
• Develop and manage the store's budget, including expense control and cost management.
• Prepare sales forecasts and track expenses against budget

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management and fashion
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in retail software and point-of-sale systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
