Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Account Manager located in Abuja, with flexibility for some remote work.
• The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the region, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and account management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow accounts
• Knowledge and understanding of cloud-related technologies, such as AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the information technology industry is preferred
• Ability to travel as needed
