Job Description

• We are looking to recruit a dynamic Product Manager responsible for developing our products.
• The ideal candidate will work with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, marketing, and sales who collaborate to transform ideas into innovative products and scale to create a lovable customer impact.
• Must have strong analytical skills and empathy for both users and the development team to achieve the product goal.

Qualifications

• First Degree in relevant field such as Computer Science, Economics, etc.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management experience.
• Strong product instinct and proven, visible track record of taking successful products from the idea, to launch, to scale.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences.
• Ability to write, defend, and execute business cases.
• Previous work experience with an ERP SaaS product is an added advantage but not a must.

Requirements:

• Work with stakeholders to define strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for new and existing products.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Track customer behavior using analytical tools and interpret to guide product decisions.
• Organizational and project management skills - able to organize and prioritize tasks towards a customer and business impact and in accordance with expected timelines.
• Work with developers to implement features on a product roadmap.
• Build innovative and inspiring products that solve real problems for people in Africa.
