    Onboarding Specialist

    Description

    The onboarding specialist will be responsible for the client onboarding experience, ensuring that clients have a memorable start to their journey with reliance health, and will manage the sales administration role. They will play a key role in overall customer satisfaction, ensuring that clients are equipped with all that is required to take full advantage of their health benefits.

    Onboarding

    • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring compliance to defined processes.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the client onboarding process.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to implement enhancements and optimize efficiency.
    • Manage a team the sales administration function/team, required for offline onboarding

    Operations & Reporting

    • Analyse data on key corporate retention metrics and provide regular reports.
    • Track premium collection to ensure the team is within set targets monthly; audit the commitment letter tracker to ensure compliance.
    • Track progress and ensure compliance with the timelines for implementation of the corporate retention plan.
    • Liaise with operations to ensure all operational needs within the team are promptly met.
    • Identify challenges pertinent to the retention team and liaise with other departments to address the challenges ensuring smooth operational flow within the team.
    • Manage periodic projects/events as required by the retention team.

    Requirements

    • Must be based in Lagos
    • B.Sc./HND degree
    • Minimum of one year experience in Corporate Retention or a similar role.
    • Strong written and spoken communication skills
    • Strong analytical thinking skills
    • Strong project management skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
