    Medical Laboratory Consumables Sales Officer

    Job Summary

    • Prospects new customers in the allocated region.
    • Carries out customer service processes and respond to customers inquires
    • Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
    • Keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    • Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Presents, promotes and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
    • Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships
    • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Coordinates sales effort with team members and other departments
    • Analyzes the territory/market’s potential, tracks sales and status reports
    • Responds to customers’ requests and inquiries
    • Maintains records of customers who do not make purchases frequently and follow up as needed.
    • Maintains efficient customer data base
    • Carries out consistent and period customer visits.
