Job Overview:

• In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's legal and compliance strategy, managing legal and regulatory risks, and ensuring that the company is fully compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's legal and compliance strategy.
• Ensure that the company is fully compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage legal and regulatory risks.
• Provide legal advice and support
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the company's contracts and agreements.
• Work with external legal counsel as needed.
• Keep up to date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles
• Previous experience in the Oil and Gas /Energy industry is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
