Job Description

• Draft a variety of legal agreements.
• Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and internal policies and ensure that they comply with all statutory or legal requirements.
• Any other corporate legal duties as may be assigned.
• Conduct legal research.
• Assist in drafting contracts, commercial and land agreements.
• Proffer legal opinions on client’s briefs.
• Conduct due diligence exercises as per client’s instructions.
• Represent the firm in meetings.
• Undertake pre and post-incorporation changes at the CAC for corporate clients.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities on compliance and other matters on behalf of clients.
• Court appearances and representations, where applicable.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by your line manager.

Requirements:

• Year of Call -2019 & Above
• At least second class upper at University and Law school.
• Smart and intelligent
• Willing to learn.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
