Job Description

• Collect, Organize and Interpret statistical information for decision making.
• Main Accountabilities
• Manages staff database
• Responding to database related queries and keeping track of the analysis
• Setting up processes and systems to make working with data more efficient
• Producing reports and charts communicating trends within data to users
• Manages all Pension related matters including but not limited to RSA PIN Registration, Communicate details to appropriate office and follow up on Pension Remittance
• Generate data on NSITF/ITF/Group life Insurance
• Assist in processing data for payment of final entitlements
• Deputizes for Payroll Manager
