RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and goal-setting.
• Stay updated on employment laws and ensure company compliance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience 
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
