    Growth Manager B2B

    About the job

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Manager - Business to Business to join our team. As the Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence within the B2B sector.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire new B2B clients and expand existing client base
    • Identify and target key industries and market segments for business development opportunities
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing B2B clients
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies
    • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure growth performance and optimize strategies
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously seek innovative approaches to drive business growth

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the B2B sector
    • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to identify and seize business opportunities
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
