    General Manager

    The preferred candidate would lead the sales strategy and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion. You will oversee the sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure the successful implementation of sales plans to achieve business objectives in the rapidly evolving financial technology sector.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in alignment with company goals.
    2. Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance management to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
    3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels.
    4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
    5. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify product and service enhancement opportunities.
    6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives.
    7. Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
    8. To anticipate market shifts and opportunities, stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
    2. Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the FinTech industry, with a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
    3. Strong understanding of financial technology products and services, including payment solutions, digital banking, blockchain, or fintech platforms.
    4. Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
    5. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support sales activities.
    6. Experience working with financial institutions, banks, or payment processors.
    7. Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
    8. Certification in sales management or relevant areas.
