• We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team.
• Responsible for the care and maintenance of our outdoor spaces, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing, well-maintained, and contribute to a positive environment.

Key Duties

• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including planting, pruning, weeding, and watering.
• Monitor and care for plants, flowers, trees, and lawns to ensure optimal health.
• Implement landscaping plans and designs as directed.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
• Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute seasonal plantings and landscaping projects.
• Apply fertilizers and pesticides when necessary, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Identify and address issues such as pests, diseases, and inadequate drainage.
• Provide input on plant selection and garden design improvements.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE qualification with 4+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role.
• Knowledge of plant care, landscaping techniques, and gardening best practices.
• Ability to operate and maintain various gardening tools and equipment.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor.
• Creativity and an eye for detail in enhancing outdoor aesthetics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
