    Front Desk / Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Front Desk/Admin Officer at our Rivers office will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk and administrative support to the office. This role requires the candidate to be a university graduate and must be a resident of Rivers state, Nigeria.

    Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
    • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
    • Coordinate office activities and ensure the front desk area is well-organized.
    • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
    • Handle office supplies, inventory, and order necessary items when required.
    • Ensure the office premises are clean and well-maintained.
    • Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.

    Requirements

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
    • Must be a resident of Rivers state, Nigeria.

    Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Front Desk/Admin Officer or similar role.

    Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Customer service-oriented with a welcoming demeanor.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a neat and organized workspace.

    Person Specification:

    • Professional and courteous demeanor.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong time management skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks.
