Job Description

• Process accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Manage the Accounts Receivable Schedule for the business to ensure we are accurately tracking revenue expected and ensuring clients pay as at when due
• Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data
• Prepare bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits
• Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Process accounting payables and outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Collate Daily and Weekly Payments from Operations including Invoice Management and receipt reconciliation
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the CFO.
