Responsibilities:
IAWT4 is hiring an Extended Term Consultant, with outstanding technical skills and prior operational experience in rural road sector in transport to be based in the World Bank office in Nigeria. The incumbent will: (i) conduct Implementation progress reviews including extensive site visits/ monitoring and liaison with both Federal Project Monitoring Unit (FPMU) and State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU); (ii) Prepare and review technical documents (iii) Contribute to the Preparation of new projects by assisting Task team leaders; (iv) support ongoing and future ASA/technical assistance initiatives in the sector; and (v) contribute as appropriate to possible projects and knowledge activities mapped to other Global Practices.
