RESPONSIBILITIES

• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Oversee social media accounts
• Devise digital strategies
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
• Devise and maintain office filing system

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree/ HND in any relevant discipline from a reputable higher institution
• Minimum of 1 year proven work experience as a Digital Marketer
• A male Christian
• Must be social media savvy
• Ability to take great photos
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
