    Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking to employ a self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, he/she will be involved in the improvement and management activities of one of Nigeria’s leading electrical Serve connect centre.

    Position Summary

    • S/he is responsible for the management of the end-end activities involved in receiving, escalating, and monitoring customers’ complaints, technical and commercial issues.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools like CRM, Agility, ERP
    • Ensuring First Call Resolution of Customer Complaints and Escalation by handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
    • Capturing and documentation of interaction with all customers including contact phone number, email address, meter account number, and any other customer data information as may be required from time to time by the business.
    • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

    • OND / HND Degree in any relevant subject
    • Relevant Experience in Customer Service
    • 2 to 5 years cognate experience
    • Must currently reside in Gbagada and its environs.
    • Must have real estate experience.

    Competencies Required for the Job:

    • Complaint Management.
    • Active listening
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Selling Skills.
