Creative Designer at Wow Effect Communications

Job Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for websites, social media, email campaigns, online advertisements, and other digital marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts and design strategies that align with our clients' brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client expectations.
• Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and multimedia elements to enhance digital content.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for various digital platforms and devices, maintaining a consistent user experience across different screen sizes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, developers, and other creatives to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines assigned to each design project.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelors Degree in any related discipline.
• Proven graphic designing experience.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and proactively contribute to the creative process.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
