    Channels and Ecosystem Partnership Lead

    Position Overview:

    As the Channels and Ecosystem Partnership Lead at Vendease, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and alliances with external entities to expand our product ecosystem and drive revenue growth. You will play a critical role in identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with channel partners, technology providers, and other stakeholders. The goal is to build and nurture a thriving ecosystem that maximizes Vendease's market presence and accelerates customer adoption.

    Responsibilities

    • Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with channel partners, technology vendors, and other relevant entities to enhance Vendease's product offering and market reach.
    • Ecosystem Expansion: Lead efforts to expand Vendease.com's ecosystem by onboarding new partners and nurturing existing relationships to create a comprehensive and diverse ecosystem.
    • Negotiation and Contract Management: Conduct negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms, and collaborate with legal and finance teams to execute contracts and agreements.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, tracking key performance metrics and using data-driven insights to optimize partnership strategies.
    • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to enable and support them in leveraging partnerships to achieve sales targets, including joint selling efforts and incentive programs.
    • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and promotional activities with partners to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
    • Product Integration: Facilitate seamless integration and interoperability between Vendease.com's products and partner offerings to create value-added solutions for customers.
    • Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, building strong relationships, and ensuring open lines of communication to foster successful collaborations.
    • Industry Networking: Represent Vendease at relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows to identify potential partners and strengthen the company's position in the market.
    • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify partnership opportunities and potential threats.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA  is a plus.
    • Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships, preferably in the technology or software industry.
    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a track record of successful partnership deals.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and draw actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
    • Experience in channel management and ecosystem development is highly desirable.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
