Recruitment Officer at African Industries Group (AIG)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to the steel manufacturing industry.
• Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific channels, to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback from
• hiring managers, and communicating with candidates.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to recruitment and selection.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
