Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance delivery processes of each region.
• Focus on optimizing efficiency, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide post-sales support and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Develop long-term business strategies and plans for organizational growth.
• Explore mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to support business objectives.
• Manage and oversee the microcredit and microfinance operations of the business unit.
• Ensure the effective implementation of microcredit and microfinance programs to reach underserved communities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the accessibility and sustainability of the microcredit and microfinance services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a business unit or a similar managerial position.
• Proven track record of successful business unit management, strategic planning, and implementation.
• Extensive experience in the microcredit and microfinance industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges and best practices.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
