    Business Development Officer

    Job Description

    • Provide leadership for sales team and keep the office operational within set rules and regulations
    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    • Responsible for the branch office overall administrative and business performance
    • Conduct research to identify focused market segments and customer needs
    • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
    • Generate leads and convert them to customers
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    • Reporting daily, weekly and monthly activities and performance via the CRM on the ERP software and other channels
    • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
    • Planning and attending networking events to attract and retain clients
    • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
    • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
    • Manage the marketing and promotional projects
    • Oversee the management of company’s social media handles
    • Collaborating with management on sales goals
    • Support the team with other responsibilities as required.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 8 years relevant work experience.
