    Business Development Manager

    Job description

    • Develop business plans and strategies to increase sales and profitability for physical and digital archive products and services.
    • Identify new opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to ensure competitive positioning.
    • Develop promotional materials, pricing strategies, and product features to ensure competitive prices.
    • Spearhead spontaneous sales call rides and planned field days.
    • Develop sales presentations and training materials to ensure customer understanding of products and services.
    • Engage with Corporate Establishments to initiate business partnerships, outlining benefits of the partnership.
    • Ability to convert potential leads to sales.
    • Must take the fore-front in scheduling presentations, client’s visitations and seminars where necessary to achieve sales targets

    Qualifications & Experience

    • B.Sc. degree in Bus. Admin, Social Sciences, marketing
    • Minimum of 3 years sales experience within any structured establishment in Africa.
    • In-depth knowledge of strategy mapping and strategic collaborations with corporate entities
    • Evidence of success in marketing and sales
    • Knowledge of Archive industry is an added advantage
