    Business Development Manager

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Work with the managing partner in driving strategic pillars, development plans and CCP growth
    • projections
    • Identifying, building and developing new market opportunities and prospects for new consultancy work
    • through meetings, networking, other channels and existing relationships.
    • Cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients
    • Develop sales and marketing strategies
    • Prepare financial projections and sales targets
    • Attend events such as exhibitions and conferences
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to introduce CCP’s capabilities and value proposition.
    • Participate in strategic meetings
    • Produce weekly activity reports for management
    • Incorporate customer needs and input/feedback from both internal and external customers.
    • Prudently manage resources within budgeEducational Qualifications

    Educational Qualifications / Job Specification

    • Must possess at least a Second Class Degree in Engineering or any Science-related courses.
    • Must have a minimum of 4 years of working experience in a similar position with prior experience in architecture/engineering / construcion industry
    • Must have extensive working experience in the built industry
    • Must have an eye for details and Zero tolerance for rework or errors
    • Must be able to work under pressure and able to challenge deadlines.
    • Must show proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Must have proposal management experience
    • Must demonstrate previous exposure to contracts and an understanding of basic contract language
    • Provide proven leadership and management experience
    • Possess experience interacting with executive-level staff
    • Must Show an understanding of the bid process
    • Experience in securing large contracts
    • Knowledge of document management methods.

    Must-Have:

    • Experience in architecture, engineering, construction and project management
