Bookeeper at Capsgain Solutions

As a Bookkeeper, you will be instrumental in maintaining precise financial records. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, particularly in inputting sales records into our software without errors. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data entry and Microsoft Excel, and demonstrate a commitment to professionalism and organizational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Record financial transactions with meticulous accuracy.
• Update and manage the general ledger.
• Reconcile entries within the accounting system.
• Document debits and credits accurately.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Professionalism and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with accounting software applications such as Sage, XERO, QuickBooks, Zoho, FreshBooks, or similar.
• An associate's degree or a minimum of one year of relevant experience will be considered.
• Startup experience is a valuable asset.
