Requirement For Consideration:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in the oil and gas sector, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas equipment maintenance and repair techniques.
• Excellent leadership, personnel management and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and drawings.
• Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Must have a knowledge of inventory management, cost management by way of determining the cost of repairs and maintenance.
• Been able to drive HSE standards within the workshop
