Plant Manager at CGA Consulting (CGA)

This role is for our client in the FMCG industry.

• Candidate must have minmum of 7 years total experience working in the FMCG industry.
• Masters/ Bachelors degree in Food science, Business, Engineering or Industrial technology or closely related field
• Experience in manufacturing of respective food category and significant managerial responsibility in a manufacturing environment. Experience depends on plant size
• Preferred 2+ years of experience with implementation of LEAN and/or TPM.
• In-depth knowledge of plant related and overall company cost structure.
• Working knowledge of Capital Investments, Engineering and Project Management.
• Ability to work extended days and hours as needed due to production requirements.
• Proficient computer skills, including database, spreadsheet, MRP and MS Office skills
• Good knowledge of Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance aspects of the CPG business.
