Job description:
- Be the country manager of a Rocket Venture, with around 25 employees, but with potential to lead up to 60 local employees
- The venture is a marketplace, so lead sales team on supply and demand acquisition (both offline)
- Define marketing strategies, set social media, and coordinate PR
- Structure CRM - communication, loyalty program, among other
- Support product development by bringing local insights & test product locally
- Hustle, hustle, hustle to make this venture a success within a few months!
Our ideal candidate:
- Entrepreneur - pragmatic, full of energy, self-managed, and extremely hands-on
- Ideally background: field engineering, business consulting or investment bank
- Pre-MBA (4-5 years of experience) or Post-MBA
