    Corporate Human Resources Manager

    Job Summary
    This role has overall responsibility for the group's personnel and training strategy. He/She also contributes to overall company strategy and policy making by advising the board on the personnel and/or human resource implications of its decisions.

    Primary Responsibilities
    •             Overall control of the personnel/ human resource function.
    •             Formulating talent management systems and strategies appropriate to the company's corporate mission and goals. 
    •             Keeping the company informed on personnel and employee-relations policies, as needed, to preserve and facilitate company strategy.
    •             Improving management / employee communications, including mediating disputes and advising line managers on how to implement personnel policies.
     
    Job Requirements
    •             First degree in Social Science or any related discipline
    •             Relevant professional qualifications such as ClPD, ClPM, GHPR etc will be an added advantage.
    •             Masters degree will be added advantage
    •             Minimum of 15 years experience in human resources, 8 of which must have been in at senior management level.
