Program Development Manager at Creative Associates International

This position is based in Abuja. Identifies articulates and proposes new areas of work, both geographically and functionally. Additionally, the PDM proposes and manages the activity mechanisms to implement national-level activities

Skills & Qualifications
·         University degree in political science, international affairs or related social science field; masters desired
·         Minimum of 7 years professional experience (including 2 years of supervisory experience) working in complex and challenging field operational contexts
·         Prior experience with  international development organisations, particularly with transition programming and/or program that have community-level engagement
·         Familiarity with policies and procedures in regards to financial management, financial reporting, procedure processes, systems and grants management or international organisations
·         Previous experience working in Nigeria
·         Prior experience experience working on rapid transition programs
·         Experience of working in a conflict environment is a plus
·         Written and spoken fluency in English is required
·         Fluency in one or more of the local state languages in the north-eastern part of Nigeria is required for the field office candidate
