    Human Resource Business Partner

    Job Description

    • As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Harafban, you will play a critical role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives.
    • You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters.
    • The HRBP will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, development, and retention.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and identify HR solutions that support organizational goals.
    • Provide strategic and tactical HR support to managers and employees, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
    • Act as a change agent by driving HR initiatives and programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Advise and coach managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
    • Lead the recruitment and selection process for assigned business units, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
    • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to implement company-wide programs and initiatives, such as training and development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
    • Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
    • Support organizational change initiatives, including reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions.
    • Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
    • HR certification is an added advantage
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Passion for driving organizational success through effective HR practices and initiatives.
