    Training Specialist

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role as a Training Specialist at our location in Lagos State, Nigeria.
    • As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting training and development programs, designing instructional materials, delivering effective training sessions, and providing excellent customer service.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in training and development
    • Proficient in instructional design
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to adapt training methods for different audiences
    • Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
