    HR & Operations - Graduate Trainee

    Overview :

    • As a HR & Operations Graduate Trainee, you will work closely with our Human Resources and Operations team to support day-to-day operational functions, implement HR policies and procedures, solve complex HR challenges, and contribute to the overall success of the department.
    • You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the field and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources and Operations management including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR administration, logistics and project management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
    • Support the employee onboarding and offboarding process
    • Assist in the implementation of employee relations activities
    • Support the performance management process, including performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees and managers
    • Assist with the planning and coordination of training and development activities for employees
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, updating HR systems, and preparing HR reports
    • Assist in the planning and implementation of operational strategies
    • Analyze data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency
    • Support the coordination of logistics and facilities management activities
    • Participate in project management and process improvement initiatives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Operations Management or a related field
    • Strong passion for Human Resources and Operations and a desire to build a career in the field
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Proficiency in computer skills
    • Self-motivated and proactive
