    Customer Success Specialist

    Position:

    • As a Customer Success Specialist at Flex Finance, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and success.
    • Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
    • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, provide product insights, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
    • This role offers an exciting opportunity to foster client engagement, promote retention, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Flex Finance products and services.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop client portfolios
    • Improve and sustain business growth
    • Use data collection and analysis to improve the customer experience
    • Train customer support representatives
    • Implement specific strategies for both sales and customer service
    • Networking to develop customer relationships
    • Managing customer business and portfolios
    • Enhancing customer experience and reducing churn
    • Generate sales leads and retain existing clients.
    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Excellent command of the English language
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
    • Customer support experience
    • Computer proficiency
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Pipedrive, Zoho, Slack, and Monday
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Highly motivated
    • A team player
    • Detail-oriented
    • Having a positive
    • Ability to adhere to the company policies and guidelines
